The Department of Workforce Development’s Unemployment Insurance Division is currently seeking to fill an IS Network Services-Senior vacancy. This position will manage the Division’s internal & external websites and serve as a member of the Division’s forms administration team.

This position will manage the Division’s internal and external websites; policy and procedure implementation, maintenance and updates; ensure web sites are compliant with division and department policies; ensure that web sites are accessible and usable for customers; guidance and problem resolution as needed to keep web sites in compliance; administrative oversight of Division web editors; technical support and training for Division web sites to web staff; analyze complex business systems and projects; systems reengineering studies; create or update processes, procedures and related forms and records; forms analysis, design and composition; project leadership; coordinate implementation of system solutions; administer automation and composition systems; Federal reporting support.

Knowledge of:; Internet technology publishing tools and mark-up languages (Microsoft Share Point Designer, InfoPath Adobe Acrobat (PDF); Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML and Image Editing Software (such as Photoshop Express and/or GIMP); Internet technology and networking protocols; Internet browsers (Internet Explores, Firefox, etc.); Internet/Intranet web page design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance methodologies; form management, and form design principles, guidelines and standards

Starting salary is between $45,990 and $75,884 per year, plus benefits.

Manage and analyze key metrics utilizing reporting provided by reporting analyst. Monitor and track designer individual performance, strengths and weaknesses, and be able to clearly communicate evaluations and execute developmental steps (Performance Improvement Plans).Continuously stay abreast of product development within the company (as well as kept abreast of industry trends) and conduct ongoing training with the Design team. Report and verify productivity measures and customer experience. Interface with various groups within the company to improve process and customer service goals. Actively support, at all times, company policy and best practices in the area of security, with special emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
