Position Description
AirWatch is looking for UI Developers that have experience creating consumer-facing applications that are intuitive and attractive. This team is responsible for developing UI’s for a wireless management application and for mobile devices.  This role will require both the technical know-how to build the front end of the site and the aesthetic taste to create a UI that is attractive and user friendly. This person must have hands-on experience developing consumer web applications, and the ability to own major portions of an application. 
This team will work together to design and development new pages and UI’s for our client facing console.  Our console is viewed on PC’s as well as mobile devices and smart phones including iPhone, iPad’s, and Android devices.  This team will also be working on web pages for devices and smart phones.  This team truly affects the UX of our solution, the usability of our product, and the entire look and feel of our software. 
·         Establish and maintain the overall UI standards and in mentoring other engineers and UI developers in adopting these standards across the suite of Client products.
·         Strong experience developing web-based user interfaces, including RIA technologies is essential.
·         Experience in the full lifecycle of web application development, from requirements analysis and design through QC.
·         Work in a team environment to design, and build UI’s on a .NET (primarily C#) Server Platform.
·         Improve business processes and support critical business strategies by contributing to the design, development, and implementation of business applications systems
·         Mentor and manage small team of developers and best practices for the team
·         Contribute to the development of the technical requirements that drive product development
Requirements
Ideally candidates will have extensive experience with HTML 4, JavaScript and JQuery and exposure to HTML 5 and CSS3.   
 
·         Solid portfolio: A history of creating top notch web interfaces
·         Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery
·         Minimum of 2-3 years experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
·         Minimum of 2-3 years working with HTML for positions
·         Experience with wireframing tools such as Microsoft Visio a plus
·         Microsoft MVC, Ruby on Rails, or Python frameworks a plus
·         Experience with ASP.Net and/or C# is a plus
·         Mobile web design experience a plus
·         HTML 5 a plus
·         Self-motivated and able to work independently with little or no supervision
·         Ability to handle confidential information
·         Results-driven and goal-oriented attitude
