experienced Ruby Developers with a passion for test and
behavior driven development practices for our San Francisco and Los
Angeles offices. This is an opportunity to work on small teams of skilled,
creative developers who understand the value of writing clean, test driven

?  Ruby web framework (Rails,
Merb, Sinatra) experience
?  Unit testing (TestUnit,
RSpec) experience
?  Automated integration
testing (Cucumber, Webrat, Capybara, Selenium) experience
?  Rich browser-based
development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS) experience
?  5+ years professional
software development experience
?  Experience working on
Agile teams (pair programming, refactoring, story writing and estimation)
?  BA/BS Computer Science or
a technical/quantitative degree
?  Excellent communication
and collaboration skills
?  Demonstrable interest in
learning and adopting new tools and techniques
with consulting and leading project teams is a plus.
