it even better, and work in our team to help win campaigns on important issues.

built in Ruby on Rails 3. You needn’t be a Rails expert, as you will be pairing
with experienced Ruby developers from ThoughtWorks Australia, but you have a
strong interest in developing your skills in Ruby on Rails. This is a great
opportunity to become expert at Rails, while making use of your other skills
and insights. You’re keen to work with the latest open-source tools and APIs.
technical experience (ie. Java, .net – rails experience for bonus points);

management experience in delivering software;
design skills, including good design patterns knowledge;
understanding of software architecture;
