Leads360 is looking for an engineer that is passionate about the front end. You have mastery of Javascript, CSS, and HTML. You value elegant, snappy UI, efficient code, and amazing user experiences.
  • Build elegant, responsive user experiences and optimize existing ones from controller-level to UI
  • Write front-end code in Javascript (jQuery), HTML/CSS, and (a little) C# 
  • Write code that pushes the limits of modern browsers and degrades gracefully in older ones
  • Work closely with product management, graphic designers, and back-end engineers
  • Help make UI and UX decisions
  • Prototype experimental features
  • Build reusable CSS/JS frameworks to simplify development
  • Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks
  • Pro-actively look for ways to make Leads360 better
  • Expert Javascript/HTML/CSS/Ajax coding skills
  • Strong command of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility
  • Strong CS fundamentals from CS degree, HCI, or related industry experience
  • Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities
  • Personal projects that show aptitude for front-end engineering and product design sense
  • Great written communication and documentation abilities
  • Passion for building software that makes life easier
  • Mobile web design experience
  • Visual-design skills
  • Experience using C# and SQL Server in a production environment
  • Experience with a distributed version control system, such as Mercurial or Git
  • You have an active GitHub or Stack Overflow account
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator
  • You’ve read Dan Cederholm and Jeffrey Zeldman, and they’ve changed the way you work
