will join our core engineering team, which is fairly small, and will be
responsible for architecting, designing and developing Medallia’s SaaS
platform, the world’s leading Enterprise Feedback Management application.  Your mission is to integrate the best of
Visualization, Data Mining, Text Mining, Data Analytics and HTML5/Javascript
into a revolutionary, engaging, high performance platform.  You will master the agile development
process, techniques and technology, as well as write scalable, maintainable,
efficient and elegant code.  You will
actively participate in cutting edge open source technology and research.
As a UI Designer, you are
involved in working as part of a small team that collaborates with product and
engineering to create and execute visual design, making sure every pixel is in
its place. Those pixels will be on millions of screens, on a variety of devices
(desktop, mobile, tablet), and most of all, helping increase people’s satisfaction.
  • Work with our product
    and engineering teams to develop visually stunning products
  • Build and develop
    high-fidelity mockups
  • Design and maintain UI
    with a multi-platform mindset
  • Strong portfolio
    featuring examples of designs you built
  • Proven ability to build
    what you design – HTML/CSS/JS libraries knowledge is a must
  • Excellent ability to
    articulate your design decisions (verbally and written)
  • Very organized and able
    to manage multiple projects
  • Well written and spoken
  • Knowledge of usability
    principles and techniques
  • Minimum of 2+ years
    experience in graphic design and web development
