To be a good fit for
this position, we ask that you have the following attributes:
  • You should be familiar with Ruby, and have
    experience working with other languages and frameworks, like PHP and .NET. Your
    ability to learn is important.

  • Must have a working experience and understanding
    of JavaScript, AJAX, XHTML, CSS and XML
  • Experience with creating relational, normalized
    databases with SQL Server and MySQL
  • Ability to work with design files (PSD, PNG,
    etc) for implementation
  • Familiarity with version control systems (git in
  • Ability to blend creative, problem solving and
    technical skill sets
  • Willingness to learn Ruby-oriented web dev
  • Positive attitude with a sense of humor
  • Display business and organizational maturity
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Familiar or open to working in an agency environment
  • “Achievements” and
    “micro-transactions” are not foreign terms
Bonus points for:
  • Ability to administer Linux servers
  • Experience in working with content management
Mega points for:
  • Familiarity with Android
    development or an extreme interest to master it
