We are looking for a seasoned manager and designer to lead a
large, long-term client engagement with multiple, simultaneous design projects (including mobile),
mentor the on-site design teams, and manage day-to-day productivity and product
quality.
At Red Privet, we use smart
processes and creative thinking to design great experiences. We consider
ourselves product designers. We don’t think about what we design as a page or a
screen or a site or an application, it is a product. It is a product that real
people use. We want people to be able to think less about how it works and more
about what they’re doing. We want every aspect of the product to be obvious,
simple, and empowering. We want to make every use, a great experience.

If you like the way we
think about design, want to be part of a start-up design firm, and are looking
to learn, teach, design and have fun…keep reading.
