Love great iOS apps? Have an eye for UI and a taste for Cocoa? Well Shopify is looking for a new developer brimming with iOS talent. We’re seeking a creative and knowledgable Cocoa developer with experience launching consumer applications for both iPhone and iPad.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our native iOS application
- Stay current with the latest mobile technologies
- Provide elegant and efficient code that improves the code-base of our products in meaningful ways
- Rapidly fix bugs, solve problems, and iterate
- Work closely with the design and development teams
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Objective-C and UIKit mastery
- CoreData trickery
- GCD concurrent hackery
- three20 experience a plus
- HTML5 and mobile web experience a plus
- Proven track record building intuitive, high traffic, consumer facing iOS apps for a tech savvy audience
- Being awesome and having a love for Shopify – major plus!
