What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an individual who can take direction and apply it in an aesthetic way.
- 3-5+ years experience in a leadership role (at least 3+ years digital agency environment).
- A strong understanding of interaction design, user experience design, brand development, and digital marketing.
- Strong ability to provide clear direction and helpful feedback to improve creative processes.
- Develop and create designs that enhance our products and ease of use.
- Strong experience in XHTML5, CSS3 and Javascript. Ability to create photoshop designs into quality code is a must.
- 2+ years experience with Flash.
- Someone who will truly enjoy and be passionate about designing for our products.
