Job Description:
We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for making products
easy, fun, and beautiful. Responsibilities include the entire design lifecycle,
from brainstorming and paper napkin mockups to pixel-perfect designs.
Generate crisp, innovative, and elegant design solutions for
complex online products
Lead rapid iterations and testing on a variety of ideas using
wireframes and sketches to fully designed comps
Partner with user research to understand
the goals of multiple user types and create designs that uphold their needs
Work closely with product managers to
ensure designs clearly support business objectives
Know how to establish, work with, and
grow brand guidelines
Stay ahead of the curve in
technological advances and UI practices and trends
Supply art assets to various
departments as needed
5+ years of professional design experience
Ability to quickly understand and articulate interactions in a
complex technical environment, specifically in regards to new technologies
Expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent. Working
knowledge of HTML and CSS
Solid team communication skills
Experience with user testing and focus groups
Expert eye for detail and consistency; no detail is too small
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously against tight
Masters degree or comparable experience in Human Computer Interaction,
Product Design  or related field
Mobile design experience preferred
