If you want to help develop and design mobile, web, and desktop products that users love, this is the role for you.  We are a fast-moving, fast-growing software organization looking to hire the best at what they do. This is a tip-of-the-spear position, necessary as we build out a suite of next generation communications services for users across the web and a variety of mobile devices.
 
Essential Functions:
 
The Interaction Designer is responsible for developing a deep understanding for the target users and coming up with the tasks, navigation and flow that are both valuable and usable.   To gain an understanding of the users, this person will evaluate whether products allow the user to easily obtain objectives. In addition to current products, the creation and evaluation of rapid prototypes for mobile and desktop applications will also be the responsibility of the Interaction Designer.
Ideally, the individual that fills this role will also be a phenomenal visual designer.  In absence of visual design expertise, this individual will closely interact with the visual designer to create great looking and highly emotional look and feel across the product suite.
Requirements:
·         4 Years Web, Interaction, Software User Experience / Design
           on Mobile, Web & Desktop software
·         Consumer facing product work experience
·         Expertise with Adobe Suite
·         Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
·         Prototyping experience in standard design software (eg Axure,
           Omnigraffle, Dreamweaver, etc.)
·         History of developing product requirements into a successful
           product
·         Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Skills:
·         Visual/Graphic Design and formal design training
