The Workday Integration
Development team is looking for talented developers to join us in building the
next generation of integrations from Workday to other business
applications.  You will utilize Workday’s framework, tool-set, and APIs in
conjunction with the latest standards-based integration technologies to develop
and enhance multiple productized business offerings.  This position
presents the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment designing,
developing, and delivering SaaS based integration solutions. You must be
passionate about innovative software development and be eager to learn about
cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Scoping and design of new products and features in conjunction with product
• Scheduling and estimation of software project tasks.
• Software development and quality assurance.
• Participation in development of the integration team, contributing to reviews
of methodologies, standards, and processes.
• Comprehensive internal documentation of designs and product components.
• Resolution of defects in response to escalated support issues.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity of web services standards (WSDL, SOAP, BPEL, or similar
• Knowledge of XML and related standards (for example, XML Schema, XSLT, STX,
DOM, SAX, and similar technologies).
• Experience in Java development.
• Usage of the Eclipse or NetBeans IDE.
• An understanding of one or more business domains relevant to Workday systems
(for example, HR, benefits, payroll, or financials) is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile development processes is desirable.
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelors Degree or higher. Computer Science/Engineering major is preferable.
• 2+ years experience in software development.
• Java Certification or other relevant qualifications is a plus.
